As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Marc Muller stands at Emesa Nederland BV’s helm and manages all the Emesa brands. His main task is to professionalize Emesa Nederland BV’s operations still further and to safeguard the company’s growth. Marc gained over twenty years of executive management experience holding positions at various large IT companies including ICL (now Fujitsu), Logica and Atos Origin. Within these companies, he managed numerous socially oriented service organizations at a senior level. His expertise and experience allow him to support Emesa in its current growth phase, as well as in realizing its future goals.
When time permits, Marc spends his free time participating in various sports including sailing, skiing and golf, and likes to head off to the sun on holiday. He also enjoys attending a good concert or theatre play.

As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Marcel Beemsterboer is in charge of Emesa Nederland BV’s strategy, marketing & communications, sales, business development and business intelligence. After obtaining his MSc in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam, he started work at Rabobank Nederland. He then went on to hold various financial, commercial and management positions at KLM NV. Marcel then became managing director of an internet advertising agency and then went on to run his own company. In his role as an interim project manager, he implemented numerous e-business projects on behalf of Heineken International, various publishers, the Johan Cruyff University and the Hogeschool van Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. In 2004, he co-founded Emesa Nederland BV together with Michael van Beers and Dirk Jan Koekkoek. For five years, he was Emesa BV’s CEO, but handed over this position to Marc Muller on 01 January 2010 to continue as the company’s CCO.
Marcel’s favourite holiday destination is Italy.

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), André heads up the IT department and is responsible for technological development of Emesa Nederland BV’s websites. André has held various management positions at home and abroad in leading consultancy firms and internet companies such as KPMG, Unisys and Wolters Kluwer. Over the past sixteen years, André has assisted numerous organizations with IT strategy, business optimization, governance, quality assurance and auditing. His sound project management skills have been put to good use as part of numerous organizational change and system implementation projects. He has an MBA from Purdue University (USA) and ESCP Europe (France), a post-graduate degree in IT Auditing from the VU University Amsterdam and master’s degrees in Information Management and Business Economics from Tilburg University. André is also a certified IT Auditor (RE) and Project Manager (PMP).
André loves running, cycling and going on day trips with his family. His favourite travel destination is the west coast of America.

As Chief Financial Officer, Aad heads up the Finance & Control department and is responsible for all financial, legal and facility-related matters. Aad worked for over seven years as corporate controller and acting CFO at Connexxion Holding NV. Prior to this, he worked nationally and internationally for various listed American companies in the automotive and packaging industries. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Aad has an executive master’s degree in Finance & Control (RC) from the University of Maastricht and a master’s degree in Management Studies from the University of Twente.
In his free time, Aad is most often found cycling. Mountain biking and cycling are true passions in his life. He also loves sunny holidays in Italy with his family.
